To use the booking tracker:

  1. Click on 'Add a new entry'.
  2. Fill in the 'Gig' field with the name of the performance or event.
  3. Enter the 'Date' of the performance.
  4. Input the 'Venue Name' and 'Address' where the performance will be held.
  5. In the 'City/Town' field, write the city or town of the venue.
  6. Fill in the 'Contact Person' field with the name of the person you arranged the booking with.
  7. Enter the 'Contact Info' of the contact person, including their phone number and email address.
  8. Identify the 'Type of Event'. This could be a concert, a wedding, a corporate event, etc.
  9. In the 'Fee' field, write down the agreed upon fee for the performance.
  10. Check the 'Payment Received' box once you have received payment.
  11. Detail the 'Travel Arrangements' if you have any. This could include flights, car rentals, hotel accommodations, etc.
  12. Use the 'Notes' field to include any additional information or reminders related to the booking.

In addition, the tracker includes several overview templates. These offer a monthly and yearly overview of your bookings. There's also a yearly reflection template for assessing your performances over the past year. The contacts & networking template lets you keep track of the people you've met and worked with. The expenses & revenue template helps you manage your finances. Lastly, there's a notes section for any extra information you need to jot down.
